Abstract:
A bidirectional sheave rotation multi-pulley wire fuse welding production line, comprising a cuboid mobile base (1). Moving mechanisms are provided at four corners of the external lower surface of the mobile base (1); two sets of wire terminal crimping devices and a welding mechanism are provided on the mobile base (1); the welding mechanism is provided between the two sets of wire terminal crimping devices; each wire terminal crimping device comprises a feeding mechanism, a wire twisting mechanism, a multi-pulley terminal crimping mechanism, and a sheave rotation grabbing mechanism; the wire twisting mechanism is provided between the feeding mechanism and the multi-pulley terminal crimping mechanism; the external surface of the mobile base (1) is provided with a controller (26) which is electrically connected to the two sets of wire terminal crimping devices and the welding mechanism, separately.
