Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical fields of microorganisms and cosmetics, and particularly relates to a Bifidobacterium animalis strain and the use thereof. Experiments prove that a supernatant of a fermentation broth of the Bifidobacterium animalis W3 provided by the present invention has inhibition effects on growth of pathogenic Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus epidermidis, the fermentation broth supernatant has a promoting effect on keratinocyte proliferation, and a cell-free preparation has a promoting effect on transcription of keratinocyte filaggrin genes (FLG), thus indicating that the Bifidobacterium animalis strain provided by the present invention has potential application value in the areas of preparation of raw materials for drugs and skin care products. Particularly, a dilution of the fermentation broth supernatant of the strain can promote keratinocyte proliferation, and a cell-free preparation promotes expression of keratinocyte FLG, and therefore the strain has wide application prospects in the fields of preparation of cosmetic raw materials, etc.
