Abstract:
Provided are bifidobacterium breve B51 and B280, a product thereof, and use thereof. The bifidobacterium breve is B51 or B280. The B51 is collected in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center of China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms, with the collection number CGMCC No. 20679. The B280 is collected in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center of China Committee for Culture Collection of Microorganisms, with the collection number CGMCC No. 20678. The bifidobacterium breve B51 and B280 can efficiently utilize fucosyl HMOs. Compared with conventional bifidobacterium breve M-16V capable of being used for infants, when the bifidobacterium breve B51 and B280 are used in combination with the fucosyl HMOs, a mutual promotion effect can be achieved, and the synbiotic effect of the bifidobacterium breve B51 and B280 and the fucosyl HMOs can be more accurately exerted, thereby achieving a synergistic effect.
