BIFLAVONE-ZINC COMPLEX, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF

The invention discloses a biflavone-zinc complex as well as a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The invention takes amentoflavone as a ligand, zinc ion as a central ion, and amentoflavone-zinc complex is obtained through reaction. The structure of the complex is characterized with infrared spectrometry, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrometry and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Meanwhile, the invention studied the anti-tumor activity and the anti-oxidation activity of the amentoflavone-zinc complex. An MTT assay proves that the amentoflavone-zinc complex has better anti-tumor activity which is superior to that of amentoflavone; a pyrogallol auto-oxidation method and an ABTS method prove that the anti-oxidation activity of the amentoflavone-zinc complex is superior to that of amentoflavone. By means of the formation of the amentoflavone-zinc complex, the anti-tumor activity and the anti-oxidation activity of amentoflavone are improved, and the complex is expected to be used for developing drugs.
