Abstract:
The present invention provides a biflavonoid-manganese complex and a preparation method and application thereof. The present invention uses amentoflavone as a ligand and a manganese ion as a central ion for reaction to obtain an amentoflavone-manganese complex. The structure of the complex was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Moreover, antitumor and antioxidant activity of the amentoflavone-manganese complex were studied in the present invention. An MTT method shows that the amentoflavone-manganese complex has stronger antitumor activity than amentoflavone. Both a pyrogallol autoxidation method and an ABTS method show that the antioxidant activity of the amentoflavone-manganese complex is stronger than amentoflavone itself. The antitumor and antioxidant activity of amentoflavone are improved due to the formation of the biflavonoid-manganese complex, and the biflavonoid-manganese complex is expected to be used in drug development.
