Abstract:
A bifunctional catalyst and a method for preparing ethylene with carbon monoxide hydrogenation. Carbon monoxide and hydrogen are use as raw materials and are subjected to conversion reaction on a fixed bed or a moving bed; the catalyst is a composite catalyst formed by mixing component A and component B; the active ingredient of component A is a metal oxide, and component B is a aliphatic amine-modified molecular sieve of an MOR structure; and the weight ratio of the active ingredient of component A to component B is in the range of 0.1-20, preferably 0.3-8. The reaction process has higher product yield and selectivity, and the selectivity of C2-C3 olefins reaches up to 78-87%, wherein the selectivity of hydrocarbon products of more than four C atoms is lower than 10%, the selectivity of by-product methane is lower than 9%, and the selectivity of ethylene reaches 75-82%. Therefore, the bifunctional catalyst has good application prospect.
