Abstract:
A bifunctional composite power generation material for use in a center console cover of an automobile, and a manufacturing method therefor. The composite power generation material is divided into a photoelectric material and a thermoelectric material. The photoelectric material comprises, from top to bottom, an upper lining layer, upper ITO glass, a functional layer, lower ITO glass, and a bottom lining layer. The thermoelectric material is specifically a graphene thermoelectric generator having 20 to 25 stacked layers. The graphene thermoelectric generator has a thermal contact surface attached to a bottom surface of the bottom lining layer, and has a cold contact surface disposed at a bottom surface of a windshield-wiper water tank. The composite power generation material integrates photoelectric conversion and thermoelectric conversion functions, achieves high overall efficiency, facilitates temperature drops in the vehicle, and does not require many changes made to the vehicle structure.
