Abstract:
The present invention relates to a big data- and AI-based plasma agricultural product storage system that can maintain the freshness of agricultural products and extend the storage period thereof by deriving optimal control values by collecting, monitoring, and analyzing in real time the temperature, humidity, and concentrations of ozone, nitrous oxide, ethylene, carbon dioxide, and oxygen inside the plasma agricultural product storage that suppresses spoilage and ripening of agricultural products through ozone generation and ethylene decomposition due to plasma discharge.
