Abstract:
A big data-based gamification service, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a server and a client which are for implementing a gamification function, wherein the server comprises: a gamification server platform capable of data linking using an open API; a real-time WebSocket communication platform for expressing, on a web in real time, a reward and badge/compensation according to an activity of a user; a user-customized widget generation unit for displaying, on a screen that is performing navigating, information, having the highest matching property, provided on a mobile device or a website on which navigating is being performed on accumulated user activity information on the basis of a big data analysis; a big data processing unit which collects and analyzes the user activity information so as to compare and analyze the degree of interest of the user with a service provided by an information provider in a region in which the user performs activity, thereby matching, to the user, information most suitable for the user from among the provided information; and a gamification service provision unit for providing a gamification service capable of causing information useful to the user to be acquired through a mobile/web-type service site, on the basis of the big data analysis result, wherein, in order to more dramatically improve engagement of the user, the activity of the user and big data are gathered such that a gamification algorithm can provide a quest or content optimized to the user.
