Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a big data-based omni-channel marketing curation system for a company that operates both an online store and an offline store. The big data-based omni-channel marketing curation system can: show an animation view with a sense of realism, reflecting a customer's reaction to a product and a customer's activity through a big data platform, instead of a typical existing expression manner; track a purchase decision-making process of a customer who flip-flops between online stores and offline stores, in order to understand why the customer has purchased a corresponding product at a corresponding store; and predict a customer's future behavior by tracking a product related to the corresponding product.
