Abstract:
A big data-based patent value evaluating method. The method is applied in a server, and comprises: receiving patent information sent by a user terminal (S101); extracting relevant information of a target patent (S103); searching for patent value-related evaluation information according to the relevant information of the target patent (S105); calculating the value of the target patent according to the evaluation information and a predetermined rule (S107); and outputting the evaluated value of the target patent to the user terminal (S109). According to the big data-based patent value evaluating method, many factors influencing the patent value, such as technical field, patent document writing, court decision, patent transaction, patent examination, and market, are taken into full consideration, and acquisition and comparison are automatically performed by a system; thus, human labor is greatly saved, the analysis is more comprehensive, and the result is more accurate and of greater reference significance.
