Abstract:
A big data-based trademark value evaluation method and system, the method comprising the following steps: S1: preparing basic information of a trademark to be evaluated; S2: inputting the basic information of the trademark to be evaluated; S3: determining the value of the trademark according to the big data; S3.1: establishing dimensions comprising infringement trial, transaction amount and authorization time of the same or similar category of trademarks, and the total number and rejection rate of the category of trademarks; S3.2: giving certain weight to each variable related to the transaction amount, and then weighting the variables to obtain a basic value, each variable unrelated to the transaction amount being weighted to form a factor 1 having a coefficient greater than 1, and the number of similar trademarks being weighted to form a factor 2 having a coefficient less than 1; S3.3: the value of the trademark to be evaluated being equal to the product of the basic value, the factor 1, and the factor 2; and S4, outputting a value evaluation report of the trademark to be evaluated. In this way, the basic value of the trademark can be objectively and comprehensively learnt and positioned.
