Abstract:
A big data-based word trademark registration possibility determining method, applied to a server, comprising: receiving information, sent by a user terminal, about a word trademark to be registered (S101); determining, according to the received word trademark information, a classification group of a commodity or a service where the trademark to be registered is located (S102); searching for previous word trademarks and relevant information thereof existing in the classification group of a database (S103); and determining whether the trademark to be registered is the same as or similar to the previous word trademarks, giving a corresponding registration suggestion according to the determining result, generating a report and outputting same to the user terminal (S104). According to the method, a big data algorithm is used to perform retrieval and analysis on a trademark to be registered, so that missing retrieval is not easy to occur, the analysis result is relatively objective, the success rate of enterprise trademark registration can be greatly improved, the costs of enterprise trademark registration are reduced, and a relatively high reference value is provided.
