Abstract:
A big data and cloud system-based artificial intelligence emergency medical care decision making and emergency patient transporting method, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: when an emergency patient appears, accessing, by a user terminal, a website of an emergency medical care service providing company to record and transmit a condition of the emergency patient; receiving, by an emergency medical care service providing server, condition information of the emergency patient and transmitting the condition information of the patient to a cloud platform server; receiving, by the cloud platform server, the condition information of the patient, and deriving, by artificial intelligence trained with big data, a putative diagnosis, examination, and treatment based on the condition information of the patient; transmitting, by the cloud platform server, the condition information of the patient to a server of a hospital capable of treating the emergency patient; and receiving, by the server of the hospital from the cloud platform server, information on the derived putative diagnosis, examination, and treatment, and the condition information of the patient, and determining a treatment order according to the degree of seriousness of the emergency patient while quickly processing other works.
