Abstract:
A billiard ball position determining method, comprising: obtaining at least one photo of a billiard table, the photo of the billiard table comprising a cue ball, an object ball, associated balls, and a next target ball on the billiard table (S301); determining connection lines formed between each billiard ball in each photo of the billiard table and the cushion baize cloth intersection point of at least one billiard table in the corresponding photo (S302); determining included angles formed between a connection line in each photo of the billiard table and an adjacent cushion of the billiard table (S303); determining the position of a corresponding billiard ball according to every two connection lines of the determined included angles formed between the two connection lines and the adjacent cushion of the billiard table in the photo of the billiard table (S304). Also provided are a billiard ball position determining apparatus and an electronic device, capable of positioning a billiard ball.
