A billiard ball position determining method, a billiard ball position determining apparatus and an electronic device. The method mainly comprises: calculating coordinates of two photographing positions by means of two photos of a billiard table having fixed points and a billiard ball photographed at two different photographing positions and detecting the distances (respectively being lo1 and lo2) from two different photographing positions to the fixed points and the billiard ball, the number of the fixed points in each photo being three or more; further obtaining first interval coordinate information and second interval coordinate information that the distances from the two photographing positions to the billiard ball are lo1
