Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce personnel expenses and lower user membership fees, thereby bringing in a wide range of users. A billing process system according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: an entry/exit information receiving unit which receives entry information from a user's portable terminal when the user enters a facility, and receives exit information from the portable terminal when the user exits the facility; an entry/exit timestamp recording unit which, on the basis of the entry information and the exit information, stores an entry timestamp of the user's entry to the facility and an exit timestamp of the user's exit from the facility; and a billing amount computation unit which, on the basis of the entry timestamp and the exit timestamp, computes a billing amount according to the amount of time the user has used the facility.
