Title:
BIMODAL BIONIC VISION SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/128533
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a bimodal bionic vision sensor. The effect of excitatory rod cells is simulated by means of a first-type current mode active pixel sensor circuit to realize the effect of perceiving light intensity gradient information in a target light signal, thereby improving the dynamic range of an image from a bionic vision sensor and improving the photographic speed. Moreover, a first-type control switch is introduced to each non-target first-type photosensitive device, so that the obtained light intensity gradient information can be controlled, and the adjustment of the dynamic range of the image from the bionic vision sensor is realized, thereby realizing the adjustment of the photographic speed and realizing the effect of being able to perform reconfiguration. A voltage mode active pixel sensor simulates the effect of cone cells, so that a target voltage signal characterizing the light intensity information in a target light signal can be output, thereby realizing the effect of perceiving the light intensity information in the target light signal, and the obtained target voltage signal characterizes the light intensity information with higher precision, such that the quality of the obtained image can be ensured.
