Title:
BIMORPH-TYPE PIEZOELECTRIC FILM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/170616
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a bimorph-type piezoelectric film that makes it possible to provide a pressure-sensitive sensor and the like that are not susceptible to the influence of pyroelectric noise due to temperature changes. The present invention provides a bimorph-type piezoelectric film comprising a first pyroelectric film having piezoelectric anisotropy in an in-plane direction, and a second pyroelectric film having piezoelectric anisotropy in the in-plane direction, wherein the first pyroelectric film and the second pyroelectric film are arranged such that the respective surfaces thereof on which charges of the same polarity are produced by a temperature increase are on the outside.
