Abstract:
A binary pump according to the present invention is provided with a switching valve capable of switching to a state in which only one of a first pump unit and a second pump unit is connected to an output unit (first state, second state) and a state in which both the first pump unit and the second pump unit are connected to the output unit, and the binary pump has a function for preventing backflow of a liquid by switching the state of the switching valve, and in particular, a function for preventing backflow of the liquid during liquid supplying using both the first pump unit and the second pump unit.
