Abstract:
[Problem] To improve operability of an angle-changing member and enable easy insertion and extraction of a member to be filed, in a binder which enables the member to be filed to be inserted into and extracted from binding legs. [Solution] A binder (3) which enables insertion and extraction, with respect to binding legs (9), of a member (P) to be filed is provided with: a housing (8) supporting the binding legs (9) so as to be rotatable, the binding legs (9) being provided with angle-changing guide parts (32); an angle-changing member (10) having formed therein angle-changing guide holes (36) through which and with which the angle-changing guide parts (32) of the binding legs (9) are inserted and engaged; and an operation means (12) for moving the angle-changing member (10) so that the rotation angles of the binding legs (9) change.
