Abstract:
A holding member for holding a first thread in a parallel state so that the first thread is folded back is provided with a plurality of holding parts at required intervals along the length direction. The holding parts have formed therein a pair of notches for introducing the first thread in a parallel state. A rotation member, which is rotatably held by the holding member, is provided with a rotation part. The rotation part has formed therein a pair of notches for introducing the first thread in a parallel state. The rotation part is held between the holding parts. A slit extending to the center of rotation of the rotation member along the notch direction is provided between each of the pairs of notches in the holding parts and the rotation part. The rotation member is caused to rotate. An insertion hole part, through which a second thread is inserted along the length direction of the holding member, is formed from the slits in the holding parts and the rotation part.
