Abstract:
A binding machine disclosed in this specification comprises a feed mechanism. The feed mechanism comprises a feed roller to feed a binding wire, a feed motor for rotating the feed roller, a cover disposed between the feed roller and the feed motor and having a through-hole, and a suppression member to suppress movement of dust from the feed roller side to the feed motor side via the through-hole. Another binding machine disclosed in this specification comprises a reel on which the binding wire is wound, a brake member that brakes by engaging with the reel, and an actuator that drives the brake member. The brake member is disposed so as to block between the reel and the actuator. Another binding machine disclosed in this specification comprises a housing, a reel on which the binding wire is wound, a magnet to rotate united with the reel, and a magnetic sensor mounted to the housing.
