Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a binuclear Schiff base cobalt complex, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The binuclear Schiff base cobalt complex has a structure as shown in formula (I). In formula (I), R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, nitro, cyano, a halogen, an aliphatic group, a substituted aliphatic group or an aryl group; and X is selected from -F, -Cl, -Br, -I, -NO3, -CH3COO, -CCl3COO, -CF3COO, -ClO4, p-methyl benzoate, p-toluenesulfonate, 2,4-dinitrophenol oxygen anion, 3,5-dinitrophenol oxygen anion, p-nitrophenol oxygen anion or o-nitrophenol oxygen anion. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure provides the binuclear Schiff base cobalt complex having the structure as shown in formula (I) bridged via 2,3-dihydroxy terephthalaldehyde. The complex can catalyze the copolymerization reaction of an epoxide, especially an epoxide with an electron-withdrawing substituent group, and CO2 to prepare a polycarbonate material. In addition, a second component epoxy monomer is added to the reaction system, such that a polybasic polycarbonate material with rich structures can be synthesized, the molecular weight thereof reaching 44.4 kg/mol.
