Abstract:
A bio-based PBS flame-retardant plastic, which is prepared using a purely bio-based flame retardant and polybutylene succinate as raw materials, and sequentially mixing same and performing extrusion molding, wherein the purely bio-based flame retardant is generated by reacting adenosine triphosphate with phytic acid under a stirring condition. The purely bio-based flame retardant is applied in the preparation of PBS plastic products, and can effectively capture, during pyrolysis or combustion, free radicals required for a combustion reaction, such that the combustion reaction is suppressed, and the comprehensive usage performance of PBS plastic is effectively maintained at the same time; none of the raw materials pollutes the environment, such that the application field of the plastic can be further widened; and the involved preparation method is simple, uses widely available raw materials and is suitable for promotion and application.
