Abstract:
A bio-based UV-curable 3D printing resin and a preparation method therefor. The component composition of the resin in percentage by weight comprises 19-78% of a biodegradable starch resin polymer, 1-9% of a free radical initiator, 0.2-4% of an auxiliary agent, 13-62% of a reactive diluent, and 2-8% of hydroxyethyl starch. The above components are mixed according to proportions. After 10-20 minutes of ultrasonic cleaning with an ultrasonic cleaner at a water temperature of 50°C, the mixture is placed in a homogenizer and evenly stirred, so as to obtain the bio-based UV-curable 3D printing resin. The resin and the preparation method therefor use renewable resources, reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption, and have biological safety. The hydroxyethyl starch has a polymer compound formed by hydroxyethylation of glucose rings of amylose to increase the polymerization speed, increase the conversion rate of resin molding, and reduce the ratio of a photoinitiator to monomer chemical substances. The 3D printing resin has excellent properties and a low skin irritation value.
