Abstract:
Invention relates to bio-ceramic additive polyester thread for use in products of textile particularly those needed in all areas where balance and athletic performance is essential in daily life, medical, sports, outdoors, and its production method. Claims:
CLAIMS The invention is a bio-ceramic additive thread reflecting infrared radiation back and providing energy protection and thus enhancing athletic performance, physical balance and characterized by comprising polyester thread and bio-ceramic additive chemicals applied to said polyester thread. A product according to claim 1 characterized by said chemical bioceramic additive comprising calcium, alumina, magnesium, sodium, oxidised steel and oxidised silicone member or combinations thereof. The product according to claim 1 characterized in that being used in medical products, sports or daily textile products. The invention is a bioceramic additive thread production method for use in textile field characterized by comprising process steps;

- determining polyester thread structure/section as per use area,

- preparation of bioceramic additive chemical composition according to different thread structures and/or sections to have different concentrations,

- application of bioceramic additive chemical composition onto polyester thread,

- fixing thread on which bioceramic chemical is applied onto thread by fixation process,

- applying finishing process to bioceramic additive polyester thread to improve operating performance. The method according to claim 4 characterized in that application of preliminary processes to polyester thread as per structure thereof. The method according to claim 4 characterized in that said polyester thread being round or trilobal or triangular section. The method according to claim 4 characterized in that application of bioceramic additive chemical composition onto polyester thread by winding machine as per thread type. The method according to claim 4 characterized in that application of bioceramic additive chemical composition onto polyester thread by winding machine at 35-45 nm tension values range. The method according to claim 4 characterized in that application of fixation process of bioceramic content chemical applied thread at 120-180 C for 10-45 minutes. The method according to claim 4 characterized in that said finishing process being cold or hot melt finishing process. The method according to claim 10 characterized in that said finishing process being applied to thread at 1-8%.

DESCRIPTION

BIO CERAMIC ADDITIVE POLYESTER THREAD AND PRODUCTION METHOD

Technical Field

The invention relates to bio-ceramic additive polyester thread for use in products of textile particularly those needed in all areas where balance and athletic performance is essential in daily life, medical, sports, outdoors, and its production method.

The invention particularly relates to production method comprising application of bioceramic additive materials having biological functionality providing enhanced balance for user for use in areas where physical performance, physical balance and athletic performance are essential in areas of daily life such as outdoors and health, to polyester thread by means of a special finishing.

Prior Art

Smart textiles are the textile products capable to detect and react to warning and outside conditions such as mechanical, thermal, chemical, electrical, magnetic effects. Smart textiles are technical textiles developed with principle of improvement of a specified technical feature as well as having feature to detect any effect or effect change and react to it. Smart textiles are materials or structures detecting mechanical, thermal, chemical, electrical, magnetic or environmental effects or stimuli from other sources and showing reaction to them. They have a broad area of use today thanks to continuously development and functional features provided to products.

Ceramics are compounds which are inorganic, non-metal and ionic and covalent bond in various combinations. Bio ceramic means ceramics having biological functionality. Bioceramics are studied in two groups, namely, bioinert and bioactive. Bioactive ceramic is ceramic material allowing formation of chemical bond between texture and impant. Bioceramics can be prepared as polycrystalline structure ceramics (alumina and hydroxyapatite), bioactive glass ceramics or bioactive composites (polyethylene hydroxyapatite).

Present related art does not have an application called balance thread providing enhanced balance. Although there are applications wherein bio-ceramic finishing is applied to fabric, there are restrictions in applying to thread in this application. During search of literature, document numbered W02022024017A1 is encountered as an example. Said document relates to a finished product or semi-finished product for production comprising titanium dioxide and bio-ceramic mixture. Said invention discloses a textile layer of the product and that textile layer comprises titanium dioxide and bio-ceramic mixture. However, it does not disclose any information about application of this mixture to textile and particularly application to thread.

Another example from the related art is the document numbered KR200000611 16A. Said document relates to a combination of new generation of deodorant and antibacterial material that has benefits to the human body and has deodorization and antibacterial function in use, and makes it possible to use variously without inconvenience in daily life products. Said invention discloses a composition printing process comprising; adhesive resin, silicon oxide powder;10% by weight and bioceramic powder; copper ion; chitosan by rolling process or spray pressing process and apply to towel, non-woven, general textile, sponge, resin plate, paper or leather by textile printing. However, the mixture also comprises various compositions and application thereof to thread is not possible.

As a result, due to above-described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art.

Purpose of the Invention

The invention relates to a bioceramic additive polyester thread meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages, and production method for it.

Primary purpose of the invention is to develop a method comprising application of bioceramic additive materials having biological functionality providing enhanced balance for user, to round or trilobal or triangular polyester thread selected by a special finishing process.

Another purpose of the invention is to develop a product displaying bio-active effects in human body and increasing balance showing physical performance increase effect in human body by the thread obtained by applying bioceramic additive chemical final finishing process to polyester thread of selected round or trilobal or triangular structure.

A further purpose of the invention to develop a product absorbing FIR (infrared Radiation) radiation emitted from user and reflecting back them to body and preventing energy loss of body, protecting body temperature, improving balance, enhancing athletic performance and life quality for end user by use of ceramic (bio-ceramic) additive materials having biological functionalities.

Another purpose of the invention is to disclose a product having feature of recharging itself when sleeping.

A further purpose of the invention to provide a product that can be used by people having disorders related to balance and in medical textiles field.

Another purpose of the invention is to disclose durable long-life product.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention is a bio-ceramic additive thread reflecting infrared radiation back and providing energy protection and thus enhancing athletic performance, physical balance and comprises polyester thread and bio-ceramic additive chemicals applied to said polyester thread.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention is a production method for bioceramic additive thread for use in textile field and comprises the following process steps:

- Determining polyester thread structure/section as per use area,

- Preparation of bioceramic additive chemical composition according to thread structures and/or sections to have different concentrations,

- Application of bioceramic additive chemical composition onto polyester thread,

- Fixing thread on which bioceramic chemical is applied onto thread by fixation process,

- Applying finishing process to bioceramic additive polyester thread to improve operating performance.

The structural and characteristics features and all advantages of the invention will be understood better with detailed descriptions given below. Therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the detailed description.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter. The invention is a bio-ceramic additive thread reflecting infrared radiation back and providing energy protection and thus enhancing athletic performance, physical balance and characterized by comprising polyester thread and bio-ceramic additive chemicals applied to said polyester thread.

Bioceramic additive chemical comprises micro capsule technological minerals. Said chemical bioceramic additive comprises calcium, alumina, magnesium, sodium, oxidized steel and oxidized silicone member or combinations thereof.

Bioceramic additive thread production method of the invention comprises following process steps:

- Determining polyester thread structure/section as per use area,

- Preparation of bioceramic additive chemical composition according to thread structures and/or sections to have different concentrations,

- Application of bioceramic additive chemical composition onto polyester thread,

- Fixing thread on which bioceramic chemical is applied onto thread by fixation process and

- Applying finishing process to bioceramic additive polyester thread to which fixing process has been applied, to improve operating performance.

In the product of the invention polyester thread which is type of thread having the best structure in terms of physical, chemical and mechanical aspects among selected several thread types. Selection of convenient polyester thread structure affect use area of the thread. Here when non- twisted polyester thread is selected, twisting is applied at the predetermined standards and when twisted polyester is selected, fixing process is applied.

In the product of the invention bioceramic additive chemical composition is prepared at different concentrations according to different thread structures and/or sections, by varying the concentrations.

Upon application of bioceramic additive chemical composition onto polyester thread, convenient fixation process is selected and chemical is fixed onto thread by means of fixation process.

For fixing process applied(thermally fixed) polyester thread to improve working performance in sewing or embroidary machines, special lubricating process is applied. In a preferred application of the invention, for colour bioceramic additive thread production, painting in desired colour at dyeing plant is made to polyester thread of specified structure and section. Then bioceramic additive chemical composition is changed in concentrations as per specified thread type and thickness. The bioceramic additive chemical compound is applied onto polyester thread of specified colour and fixation is made onto chemical composition thread. With applying finishing to fixed thread for improvement of operation performance, final colour bioceramic additive thread production is completed.

In the method of the invention, said polyester thread can be of round or trilobal or triangular section.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention method, trilobal section of polyester thread is selected for use in embroidery sector. Bioceramic additive chemical is prepared to comprise calcium, alumina, magnesium, sodium, oxidized steel and oxidized silicone member or combinations thereof. Then application is applied by thread twisting machine which is the best machine for application of bioceramic additive chemical composition to ecru or colour polyester thread. Application of bioceramic additive chemical composition onto polyester thread is in range of 35-45 cN tension value at convenient winding machine. Fixing chemical composition onto applied polyester thread is made by fixation process. Fixation process for chemical applied thread is applied at optimum temperature and time of 120 - 180 'C and 10 - 45 minutes. In order to improve the production performance of application polyester thread with fixation process, finishing process preferably lubricating process is made to embroidery threads at specifically determined standards and winding onto cone operation is completed.

Product of the invention is produced upon passing through the machine where chemical is applied onto the thread, the machine where chemical applied thread is fixed and the machine finishing process is applied to the thread having fixation process. Cold or hot melt finishing processes are applied subject to thread type and thread thickness, and applied to the thread at 1 -8% rate.

Product of the invention can be used in textile field, particularly in textile products where balance and athletic performance is essential in daily life, mainly in medical, sports, nature. It absorbs FIR (Infrared radiation) radiation emitted from user by special technology and reflects to body back and prevents energy loss of body. In addition, in case of even being up to 4 cm closer to human body, it reflects infrared radiation back and provides energy preservation and thus enhances athletic performance, physical balance. The product provides functionality for enhancement of balance of the end user.
