Abstract:
The present invention relates to bio-friendly thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition for a golf ball having superior scuff resistance and rebound resilience and a method of preparing the same, and more specifically, to bio-friendly thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition for a golf ball including: (A) 30 to 70 parts by weight of a bio-friendly polyether polyol; (B) 15 to 60 parts by weight of an isocyanate-based compound; (C) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a 2.1 to 36-valent hyper branch polyol; and (D) 10 to 40 parts by weight of a chain extender and a method of preparing the same. In particular, the present invention has an effect of providing the bio-friendly thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition having the superior scuff resistance and rebound resilience.
