Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biochemical treatment device for wastewater circulating in a single tank in the field of environmental protection devices. The biochemical treatment device for wastewater circulating in a single tank comprises a fermentation tank (6). An aerating and stirring device is disposed in the fermentation tank (6). The aerating and stirring device comprises an inner nozzle (3) and an outer nozzle that are coaxially and vertically disposed. The outer nozzle is formed by sequentially connecting a mixing chamber (5), a reducing section (14) and a diffuser (13) from the top to the bottom. The inner nozzle (3) is axially inserted into the outer nozzle from the upper end of the mixing chamber (5), and is inserted to reach an upper opening of the reducing section (14). The upper end of the mixing chamber (5) is located in the inner nozzle (3), and a plurality of air intake holes (4) is disposed around the upper end of the mixing chamber (5). A guide plate (9) is obliquely disposed on each side of the lower opening of the diffuser (13) in the fermentation tank (6). A plurality of air distribution holes is distributed in each guide plate (9). A biochemical bed (8) is disposed between the diffuser (13) and the guide plates (9). A hollow connecting pipe (2) is connected to the upper end of the inner nozzle (3) by means of a flange, and a rotary joint (1) is connected to an upper opening of the connecting pipe (2). The bottom of the fermentation tank (6) is connected to an inlet of the rotary joint (1) by means of an outlet valve (11) and a circulating pump (12). The device can better decompose organic substances in wastewater, and can be used in treatment of domestic wastewater.
