Abstract:
A biochip and a manufacturing method therefor. The biochip comprises: a guiding layer (1); a channel layer (2), which is provided on the guiding layer (1), where the channel layer (2) is provided therein with multiple first channels (21) extending in a first direction; multiple second channels (22), which extend in a second direction, and each of the multiple second channels (22) being in communication with the multiple first channels (21), the multiple second channels (22) being provided in the layer in which the channel layer (2) is located, or being provided in the layer in which the channel layer (2) and the guiding layer (1) are located; a packaging cover (3), which is provided at the side of the channel layer (2) facing away from the guiding layer (1); and a driving unit (4), the driving unit (4) being used for driving biomolecular movements.
