A chip for analyzing nucleic acid information of a biological sample, and a method of preparing the chip, the chip being suitable for analyzing spatial transcriptomic information of a biological tissue sample. Additionally provided is a method for analyzing spatial transcriptomic information of a biological tissue sample. The method and device can effectively obtain nucleic acid expression information in cells of a tissue sample, including spatial omics information.
