Abstract:
Through the present invention, optical noise in fluorescence measurement is suppressed. A biochip 110 for fluorescence measurement is characterized by being provided with a transparent substrate 111, a plurality of microlenses 112 formed in dispersed fashion on a first surface 111a of the transparent substrate 111, a plurality of protrusions 113 formed on a second surface 111b of the transparent substrate 111 so as to correspond one-to-one with the microlenses 112, and sites 114 for fluorescence measurement formed at the apexes of the protrusions 113.
