Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for labeling a target lesion, and a preparation method therefor, the composition being in the form of a microsphere, which comprises a biocompatible polymer and a dye for bio-tisse staining, and being directly administered at a target legion during surgery at a labeled site in order to identify, in real time, the size and location of the target legion. The composition for labeling a target lesion, of the present invention, identifies, in real time, the location, size and the like of the target legion during surgery while remaining for up to several months if injected into a target legion, thereby improving the success rate of surgical operation of the target lesion and preventing excessive loss of normal tissue, and thus can be widely used as an effective surgical marker.
