Abstract:

A biocompatible material for treatment of defects in tissues and organs consists of a graft copolymer of alpha-cyanacrylate with the polyacryl acid with a molar mass of 200,000-600,000, obtained by interaction of alpha-cyanacrylate with the polyacryl acid in the presence of a cross-linking agent in the following ratio of the said components in percent by weight: alpha-cyanacrylate - 14-34, polyacryl acid with molar mass of 200,000-600,000 - 15-43, cross-linking agent - 71-23.
