Abstract:
The present application provides biocompatible polycarbonate polyurethane, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof. The biocompatible polycarbonate polyurethane comprises a reaction product of stereospecific polymerization of the following raw material components: (a) an isocyanate composition, (b) an isocyanate-containing reactive group component, an optional (c) hydroxyl or amino-terminated compound, (d) a chain extender, (e) a modification component, and an optional (f) cross-linking agent, wherein a polyurethane chain segment obtained by the reaction of the components (a), (b), and (d) contains an active site. The biocompatible polycarbonate polyurethane provided in the present application has relatively good biocompatibility, and a sensor prepared by using the biocompatible polycarbonate polyurethane as an outer membrane exhibits excellent performance in in vitro tests.
