Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a biodegradable acid-modified polyester-based resin with which it is possible to obtain a laminate containing a polyvinyl-alcohol-based resin layer and a biodegradable resin layer, the laminate having little roughness at an adhesive layer interface between the two layers, and having both exceptional adhesiveness and an exceptional external appearance. The present invention pertains to a biodegradable acid-modified polyester-based resin having an acid value of 2.0-6.5 mg KOH/g.
