Title:
BIODEGRADABLE COMPOUND, LIPID PARTICLE, LIPID PARTICLE-CONTAINING COMPOSITION, AND KIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/176079
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a biodegradable compound that has a structure degraded in cells, a lipid particle comprising the biodegradable compound and a medicinal composition containing the lipid particle. [Solution] According to one embodiment, provided is a compound which is represented by formula (1): P-[X-R-Y-R'-Q]2 (1) (wherein: P represents an alkylene oxide having an ether bond; X represents a divalent linking group having a tertiary amine structure; R represents a divalent linking group; R' represents a single bond or a C1-C6 alkylene; and Q represents a fat-soluble vitamin residue, a sterol residue or a C12-C22 aliphatic hydrocarbon group) and characterized by containing at least one biodegradable group in the structure thereof. This compound can be blended with another lipid or a lipid capable of inhibiting aggregation so as to give a lipid particle. Moreover, this lipid particle is applicable to a medicinal composition for delivering an active agent to cells.
