Abstract:
A biodegradable fiber and a manufacturing method therefor. The biodegradable fiber is prepared by melt-spinning a biodegradable material and a pore former. The biodegradable material comprises the following in parts by weight: 15 to 99 parts of polylactic acid; 1 to 85 parts of polybutylene adipate terephthalate; 0 to 20 parts of polycaprolactone; 0.1 to 5 parts of a rod-shaped, needle-shaped or sheet-shaped nanofiller; and 0.05 to 2 parts of a coupling agent. The aggregate parts by weight of polylactic acid, polybutylene adipate terephthalate and polycaprolactone are 100. The shape of the nanofiller is one or more of a rod shape, a needle shape and a sheet shape. The pore former is an organic pore former, and the mass ratio of the biodegradable material to the pore former is 100:(0.1-10). The biodegradable fiber has excellent air permeability, moisture conduction, and mechanical strength.
