FIELD OF INVENTION :-

The technical field of invention relates to the field of making a paper product, which constitutes of fully bio degradable material. Further, the invention relates to that of a paper based product, which can be used for packaging industry and can be converted into compost after its primary usage, i.e., packaging by biological methods and process. Still further, the invention relates to that of a paper material capable of being used in packaging industry which exhibits property of tear resistance when subjected to external or internal shearing forces.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION :-

It is very well known to all of us that disposal of waste, in today's increasingly materialistic and Consumeristic world is assuming alarming proportions. Non Bio degradable waste creates a severe damage to the Eco system and affects not only the lives of people of the earth, today but is capable of triggering an environmental catastrophe and chaos for the future generations too. Slums and sub urban areas of cities, and villages nearby cities have become dump yards for the waste materials, especially packaging materials, and make the places an eye sore with heaps of garbages strewn in the region, eventually rendering the places unfit for human living and prospects of agriculture etc, are almost reduced to zero in those places.

To reduce, excessive consumerism is of course, a good thought, but practically it is impossible and achieving such a situation is not easily achievable in quick time. At this given juncture, it is the foremost duty of product manufacturers, merchandizers, retailers and consumers to use packaging materials (used for primary as well as secondary packaging) which are of bio degradable in nature as far as possible. Even, nowadays, Governments, Central, State as well as Local Governments impose the condition of utilization of materials for packaging to be bio degradable and non toxic and non harmful at all stages including pre sales as well as post consumption of the packed material and the package is discarded and thrown out / disposed as waste. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION :-

It is an object of the invention to provide a paper product, which is capable of being extensively used in the packaging industry for packing a host of products, in the most efficient and attractive manner.

It is further an object of the invention to produce a paper product which is bio degradable and can be disposed after the utilization of the contents inside the package for which the said paper product is used, in the safest mode as it can get biologically degenerated to constituents which are non toxic and harmful to the environment.

It is still further an object of the proposed invention to produce a paper product, which is capable of being used as a bio fertilizer post its utilization period as a packing for commodities.

Still further, an object of the invention to produce a paper product which is capable of being used as packaging material and can exhibit properties of resistance to tear caused by forces of shear internally or externally.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION :-

A Bio Degradable paper which is also bio compostable is provided. The paper can be used to make Bio fertilizer post its utilization period used as packaging material and also as Digital media banners and similar materials used for displaying purposes.

The paper exhibits qualities of resistance to tear and also can be used as Digital Media paper. The material can be used to manufacture paper bags & shopping bags, for packing of food products. This can be also used for making of paper based carry bags and spout paper packs / paper bottles.

The base paper used for achieving the packaging is provided with qualities high burst factors & tensile strengths are treated initially to maintain porosity, and moisture resistant.

After basic treatment of the paper, the same is sent for coating with the following chemical (a) GCC Clays (b) Latex Binders (c) Methyl Cellulose (d) Starch (f) Lubricants (g) Food grade & polymer

Further it is blended with appropriate cotton yarn with appropriate strength required is weaved and taken for insulation Still, further, an organic bio-compostable polymer is used to sandwich both the paper layers and weaved yarn.

The output product can be used for Digital Media Banner & other display works, multiple packaging purposes like bags, pouches, paper bottles etc
