Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biodegradable polymer particle-type adhesive having bioadhesion properties, a production method therefor and a bioadhesive drug delivery system comprising biodegradable polymer particles. The biodegradable polymer particle-type adhesive having bioadhesion properties has a polysuccinimide backbone, wherein the adhesive is formed of a polymer comprising a monomer having a dopamine functional group and an alkylamine functional group connected via a side chain, and has a micelle structure in an aqueous system.
