Abstract:
The present specification relates to a biodegradable polymer with excellent mechanical properties and high biodegradability, which is a polybutylene adipate terephthalate copolymer comprising a first repeating unit derived from a terephthalic acid-based monomer; a second repeating unit derived from an adipic acid-based monomer, and a third repeating unit derived from a butanediol-based monomer, wherein the second repeating unit includes at least one of a second-first repeating unit derived from an adipic acid and a second-second repeating unit derived from 3-methyl adipic acid, and the third repeating unit includes at least one of a third-first repeating unit derived from 1,4-butanediol and a third-second repeating unit derived from 1,2-butanediol.
