Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a bioelectrode which can stably measure biological information and which is suitable for repeated use; and a method for producing the bioelectrode. This problem is solved by a bioelectrode characterized in that: a silver coating layer (2) comprising a silicone rubber and an agglomerated silver powder and/or a flaky silver powder is disposed on a conductive silicone rubber electrode (1) obtained by blending a conductive carbon particle and a silicone rubber; the silver coating layer (2) has a film thickness of 18-80 μm; and the silver powder preferably includes both the agglomerated silver powder and the flaky silver powder.
