Abstract:
According to the present invention, a biofeedback system is used to assist prescribed exercise performed by a user. This biofeedback system is provided with an acquisition unit and a reporting unit. The acquisition unit is configured to continuously acquire parameters relating to the posture of the user. The reporting unit is configured to continuously report, to the user, posture information generated on the basis of the parameters. The reporting unit is configured to stop the reporting of the posture information at a prescribed timing.
