Title:
BIOFILM FORMATION-SUPRESSING MICROORGANISM IMMOBILIZATION CONTAINER AND SEPARATION MEMBRANE WATER TREATMENT DEVICE USING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/047882
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technique for suppressing membrane biofouling on the surface of a separation membrane by immobilizing biofilm formation-suppressing microorganisms and using the same in a microorganism immobilizing container during a separation membrane water treatment process, and provides a biofilm formation-suppressing microorganism immobilizing container comprising: a non-hollow/hollow pillar-type or sheet-type transmissive carrier having mobility because of submerged aeration; and biofilm formation-suppressing microorganisms immobilized inside the carrier. In addition, the present invention provides a separation membrane water treatment device comprising: a reactor for accommodating treated water; a separation membrane module for water treatment; and the biofilm formation-suppressing microorganism immobilizing container arranged inside the reactor.
