The present invention discriminates whether or not a user agrees with the provision of personal information including bioinformation to a third party. A bioinformation measurement device having a function of communicating with a communication device having a communication area of a specific range and a function of measuring biological information pertaining to the user, wherein the bioinformation measurement device comprises: a transmission control unit that transmits the unique identification information of the bioinformation measurement device to the communication device when it has been detected that the bioinformation measurement device has entered the communication area; and a reception control unit that, when identification information and the user's personal information associated with the identification information have been stored in advance in the communication device, receives from the communication device a response signal regarded to indicate agreement that the personal information and the biological information are to be furnished, associatively, to a third party.
