A biological 3D printing technology-based cutting and repairing integrated surgical robot, and a method for using the same, relating to the technical field of medical devices, and capable of solving the problem wherein precise positioning and repairing are not possible in traditional surgical procedures. The biological 3D printing technology-based cutting and repairing integrated surgical robot comprises: a console (1), a tool head assembly (2), a robotic arm (3) and a controller (4). The tool head assembly (2) is arranged on the console (1), and includes at least one surgical tool head (21) for drilling, cutting, sanding, positioning and holding, a 3D scanning tool head (22) for scanning wounds and defects in a surgical operation, and a biological 3D printing tool head (23) for extruding biological materials or living cells to repair, fill in and adhere to defects in a surgical operation. The robotic arm (3) is arranged on the console (1) for gripping and/or switching tool heads in the tool head assembly (2), and for driving the tool heads to move along a working path that is required thereby; the controller (1) is connected with the robotic arm (3) for controlling a working status and moving path of the robotic arm (3).
