Abstract:
The biological control method, which prevents the growth of the damaging mosses, algae, fungi and the other micro-organisms on the root balls or in substrat of the seedlings. In seedling production in nurseries to the root ball or substrat of the seedlings is added (infected) the antagonistic Phlebiopsis gigantea or the other micro-organism, which prevents mosses, algae, fungi and other micro-organisms to grow. This makes the conditions better for the cultivated plants to grown. The method doesn't damage the environment and with this biological method the use of control chemicals can be reduced. The method is usable in nurseries, horticulture, gardening, with growing flowering plants and in situations when this control is needed in substrat.

Claims
1. The biological control method, characteristic in that Phlebiopsis gigantea is inserted to the substrat of the seedlins (in nurseries and gardens), which prevents the damaging mosses, algae, weeds and the microorganisms to grow on the the root balls or in the substrat of the seedlings.
2. The method as claimed in 1, in which Phlebiopsis gigantea has the mycorrihza effect with the roots of the trees and shrubs and increases the amount of available nutrients and improves the growth.
3. The method as claimed in 1, in which the control method maintains the natural balance and multiplicity in forests.
4. The method as claimed in 1, in which insted of Phlebiopsis gigantea and its derivatives the other species of antagonistic microorganisms can also be used in this control method maintaining efficiency and sustainability.
5. The method as claimed in 1, in which the control effects in the phase of manufacturing the plant (in the root ball or substrat of the seedling) and continues also after planting (in forests and gardens).
6. The utilization of this biological control method in nurseries and gardens, characteristic in that with Phlebiopsis gigantea can be manufactured naturally the sustainable and resistant seedling product.
7. The method as claimed in 6, in which the utilization of Phlebiopsis gigantea in seedling production will decrease or finish the use of the control chemicals and active substances in this case.
Description:
Biological contromethod against mosses, algae, fungi and other micro-organisms as well as the method to improve the growth of the plants. rechnical Field The invention is focused on the control method against moss, algae and weed as well as increasing the growth of the plants. The invention is also focused on the seedling product manufactured on the method.

Background The mosses, algae, weeds and micro-organisms grow on the ball of the seedling or the other substrat, which is the problem in nurseries. This prevents the plants (to be cultivated) to germinate, develop and grow. For the control of moss and algae is used different kinds of chemicals, for example: Weeds: Gardobrim Moss: Mogeton, Reglone, Rodeo, Round Up Bio Fungi: Bayleton, Bravo 500, Euparen, Tilt 250 EC These control chemicals contain the active substances and the utilization of these chemicals is partly regulated because of the environment damages. The safety control method against weeds, mosses, algae as well as the seedling product, which don't cause damages to the environment, is needed.

Summary of invention The invention is focused on the characteristics in patent claims number 1,2 and 6 corresponding the methods and the products. The invention is connected to the patent application 991048 (A OIN NH) with the principles of control the Heterobasidion annosum by Phlebiopsis gigantea. In this invention the control of moss, algae, weed, fungi and other micro-organisms is performed by antagonistic micro-organism Heterobasidion annosum or the other micro-organisms, which prevent them (making difficult the plant to grow and develope) to grow on the substrat. The functioning of the invention is tested in laboratories and nurseries by growing tests and studies.

Manufacturing the seedlings in the nurseries the fungus Phlebiopsis gigantea is added to the seedling root ball or the substrat of the seedlings. Phlebiopsis gigantea occupies the substrat preventing e. g. many of the micro-organisms, mosses and algae to grow on the seedling root balls and substrat. In this case by the method the utilization of the control chemicals and the active substances can be reduced or

finished in the nurseries. The method is natural and it doesn't damage the environment. Phlebiopsis gigantea is a common species of fungus in forests. The other species of fungi and micro-organisms can also be used according to the plants protected and the pathogenic fungi (micro-organism) in the humus layer. The method can be used in the nurseries but also in gardens, horticulture, with flowering plants and in situations when the control is required. This control method is economical and it doesn't need extra investments for the equipment and tools in the nurseries.

The seedling root ball manufactured on the method forms a seedling product which has the quality of control as well as increasing the growth of the plants to be grown by the mycorrihza effect. Phlebiopsis gigantea or the other antagonistic micro-organism added to the seedling root ball or the substrat of the seedling has the control effect, which is lasting and increasing. The control effect starts in nurseries and continues in stores and after planting in the regeneration areas in forests.

Phlebiopsis gigantea can be infected also after planting to the root ball of the seedling, to the humus or to the mound on the prepared soil around the seedling. Phlebiopsis gigantea can be added (infected) e. g. as the spores or/and hyphae, as powder, in the water suspension or in granules. Phlebiopsis gigantea can be added to the root ball of the seedling or the other substrat before or after the seeding the plant. Phlebiopsis gigantea doesn't decrease the germination of the seed and it doesn't effect negatively to the growth and development of the seedling. The mycorrihza effect of Phlebiopsis gigantea improves the growth and development of the seedling (plant) in nurseries and after planting in forests. Phlebiopsis gigantea grows and spreads in the root ball of the seedling and grows from the substrat to the humus layer around the seedling (plant), in which case the control is permanent and increasing. Phlebiopsis gigantea is the control method also against the pathogenic Heterobasidion annosum around the roots of the seedling (plant) and it prevents the root decay and butt resin.

Phlebiopsis gigantea has in good conditions the mycorrihza effect with the roots of the trees and bushes.

The Phlebiopsis gigantea spores and hyphae are added to the root ball at a rate of 5-10 000 units per root ball so that Phlebiopsis gigantea will get the sufficient effect for the control against the plants and micro-organisms. Phlebiopsis gigantea spreads and occupies the sawdust (sellulosa) on the ball of the seedling so that the white hypha is visible. By Phlebiopsis gigantea the growth of the mosses, algae and other plants are controlled also in equipments, tanks and plastic greenhouses. The use of Phlebiopsis gigantea is not a risk for the other plants and their production.

The antagonistic Phlebiopsis gigantea (or other species of fungi) can be added into the root ball of the seedling or the other substrat in any phase. Adding the micro-organism as early as possible it will get the best mycorribza effect. The adding of PStlebiopsis gigantea can be performed e. g. in first watering or the root ball can be made from, the material, which contains this micro-organism Phlebiopsis gigantea needs wooden (cellulose) material as a substrat e. g. sawdust added to the peat.

The method and the seedling product of the ivention will provide benefits e. g. in seedling production in nurseries as well as in gardening, greenhouses and when growing flowering plants.
