Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biological film preparation for promoting wound healing and coating and protecting various biological organs, said biological film preparation targeting injured cells and being to be used for coating and protecting a wound surface, various organs, injured sites in various organs, soft tissues such as muscles and fasciae, and a wound surface reaching the periosteum or bone cortex. The biological film preparation according to the present invention is a porous biological film preparation that is to be used for solving problems such as inhibition of leakage of intracellular fluid from injured cells, suppression of expansion of an inflammatory response caused by fibrin production and chain responses, and elimination of adverse effects of the formation of stable fibrin on healing. These problems can be solved by a porous coating film that is formed by the biological film preparation comprising aluminum chloride, cyclodextrin and water as main components.
