Abstract:
Provided are a biological information sensing device, a vehicle and a bed that include the same, and a biological information sensing method that make it possible to obtain highly reliable biological signals of a human body while achieving reductions in size and cost of the device. A biological information sensing device (1) comprises a radar device (2) and a reflective member (3). The reflective member (3) is made from a material that reflects electromagnetic waves, and is placed in contact with a subject (4). A transmission unit (2b) emits electromagnetic waves toward the subject (4) and the reflective member (3). A reception unit (2c) receives waves reflected on the subject (4) and the reflective member (3). A displacement signal generation unit (2f) generates a body surface displacement signal of the subject (4) and a member displacement signal of the reflective member (3) from the reflected waves received by the reception unit (2c). A biological signal generation unit (2g) separates the member displacement signal from the body surface displacement signal and removes or attenuates noise components superimposed on the body surface displacement signal.
