Abstract:
Provided is a biological material separation apparatus comprising: a substrate on which a water-holding medium is disposed; biological materials contained in the water-holding medium; an observation instrument for observing the biological materials; an extraction instrument for separating the biological materials from the substrate; a water supply unit for compensating for water loss due to water evaporation from the water-holding medium; and a humidity control unit for measuring the humidity or temperature in an area lying between the substrate and the water supply unit.
